Community Living Homes

Our service also offers supported community living options to support people living with a disability in their journey towards an independent life.

Our five community homes located in Upper Hutt, the Selwyn District and in the Christchurch suburb of Addington. They offer a homely setting, with residents actively involved in the day-to-day running of the home. All of our community facilities have large single rooms with shared bathrooms, providing 24 hour care and lifestyle support. Residents have access to a van with wheelchair hoist for community activities and outings, and receive allied health support from our rehabilitation and therapy team.
