Changes to the St John of God Hauora Trust Board

After nine years of excellent governance Trustees Kathryn Dalziel and Marion Cowden are retiring from the St John of God Hauora Trust Board in August 2019.

In their place two new trustees in Dr Kristin Good from Auckland who will also be the Board’s representative on the Clinical Support Governance Group and Nancy Ward a Wellington-based accountant have been appointed.

Dr Good is a general medical practitioner who has significant clinical governance and operational experience, with proven success in design and implementation of new services and is currently a Clinical Director for Manaia Health PHO.

Nancy Ward is an experienced director with over 30 years of diverse leadership expertise and experience including Chief Executive, Chief Financial Officer and consulting roles in not-for profit, State Owned Enterprise and Central/Local Government Authority.

She has worked in sectors including community, education, tourism, social housing, conservation, IT and mining, in organisations with revenue from $3 million to $500 million and assets of up to $4.7 billion.

Currently Nancy is a management consultant specialising in strategic and organisational review and development, financial management and business cases.
