Karori Restrengthening Project 2017
St John of God Karori is dedicated to providing specialist residential and respite support to adults living with physical or neurological disabilities. Karori is a homely environment providing high quality care and support to those in our community. Our residents come from a range of backgrounds, with a range of different needs. Some have been disabled all their lives whereas others have been struck with disability later in life, however all are equally supported people living with disability are supported to live an enriching and fulfilling life.
Our aim for the restrengthening fundraising project is not to raise funds to make sure it happens, but rather to raise funds to assist with providing continuous care to our resident while the work is happening. Our facilities are incredibly important to the physical and mental health of our residents and we wish to be able to continue to provide a seamless regime of care and support.
