In order to admit, treat and/or operate on patients at Hawkesbury District Health Service, all medical professionals must be accredited and hold clinical privileges.

Accreditation 

Hawkesbury District Health Service uses eCredential by Equifax for the credentialing and accreditation of specialists consultants and surgical assistants.  

Should you wish to apply for accreditation please contact our credentialing officer by emailing your AHPRA number, specialty and contact details to [email protected]

An invitation to apply to be accredited in your specialty will be sent to you from the Equifax system.

On completion of your application, it will be forwarded and reviewed by an expert reviewer and the hospital's Scope of Practice Committee. You will be notified in writing of the outcome of your application.
